About

Alexander Guin represents clients across North Carolina in a variety of civil litigation matters including probate, wills, estates and trusts; business disputes and construction defects; and personal injury cases. He also represents clients in transactional matters including nonprofit formation and governance, business formation and contracts, real estate matters, and intellectual property.

Alexander holds an Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and received his law degree from the Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexander spent a decade working in a variety of leadership roles with public-policy nonprofit organizations and later as a consultant and advisor in organizational strategy, fundraising, and operations.

A North Carolina native, Alexander lives in Raleigh with his wife and their five children.
